Biliity Fitness

As Lead designer at Lichivi, I led the end-to-end UX and product design for Biliity, a holistic wellbeing and injury rehabilitation app designed for fitness enthusiasts. My role spanned from concept to launch, shaping the brand identity, UX strategy, and mobile experience to help users recover smarter and train stronger.


Through human-centred design, I translated complex rehabilitation data into an intuitive, motivational experience that empowers users to prevent re-injury and maintain long-term wellness.

Solution

 

Biliity was designed to bridge the gap between injury recovery and active living through a data-driven yet human approach. The solution focused on personalized rehabilitation journeys, using adaptive algorithms to recommend exercises based on injury type, healing progress, and user feedback. By combining AI-assisted insights with expert-validated physiotherapy protocols, the platform empowers users to rebuild strength safely and confidently.

At Lichivi, I led the UX strategy and interface design for Sitesphere -a smart automation platform tailored for the construction and trade industries. The project focused on simplifying how businesses manage jobs, certifications, and compliance through a unified, cloud-based system. I oversaw the design direction, workflow mapping, and interface consistency across the platform to deliver a seamless user experience that connected field operations with back-office efficiency.

Solution

The Sitesphere solution streamlined complex trade workflows into a single, intuitive platform. By leveraging process automation and human-centred design, the platform digitised manual paperwork, scheduling, and communication between contractors and clients. The experience was built to scale, improving transparency, compliance, and productivity across large project networks while reducing administrative overhead.

As Creative Head at Lichivi, I led the UX and service design direction for TradeCertify – a digital compliance management platform that simplifies certification tracking for trades and construction professionals. The platform was built to address the industry’s fragmented documentation and audit processes by creating an intuitive, unified system that ensures transparency, compliance, and trust across all stakeholders

TradeCertify was designed to automate the end-to-end certification process, from document submission and verification to real-time monitoring and renewals. By combining AI-assisted compliance validation with human-centred design, the platform removed administrative friction for both businesses and regulators.
